For you who feel like quitting…

It’s been a week since I arrived back from my company’s bi-annual marketing event in Las Vegas but not until now do I feel that I’ve “landed”.

Events like these just leave you with so many impressions…and you don’t really have a chance to “digest” everything until you get home: At the event one thing just happens after the other; you continuously meet new people, learn something new, experience something different and grow a little more on the inside.

For me this event was very different than any other event I have ever attended: This time everyone knew who I was… Wherever I went — while having breakfast or lunch, while on coffee breaks, in the hallways, even in the bathroom (!) — I constantly had people coming up to me to thank me and/or introduce themselves, to have their pictures taken with me, to interview me for their blogs or youtube channels etc, etc.

This time it wasn’t me chasing the top producers trying to get my photos or interviews with them…this time I was part of the other group – the group being pursued. And let me tell you, it’s a strange experience.

I must admit I felt both humbled and overwhelmed by all the attention, but at the same time it left me with a nice feeling of being appreciated, and of — if not having arrived — of at least being on my way to accomplishing some really great and meaningful things in my life.

And here is the point I want to make:

You may feel stuck in your business, you may feel that you aren’t getting anywhere, and to you I want to say this: You never know what small turn of events, what little golden nugget you are suddenly going to stumble upon, what niche market you are going to discover or marketing strategy you are going to master that’s suddenly going to change everything for you.

And when you break through the wall, all of a sudden everything isn’t against you anymore; now everything instead moves with you.

You just have to break through the wall first — and that’s obviously also the hardest part.

It wasn’t all that long ago that I felt stuck. Sure, I had sponsored many members into my business, but I wasn’t anywhere near the income I had set out to make when first getting started in network marketing.

Then, lo and behold, between May and September of this year, everything just suddenly fell into place. I discovered an untouched niche market that I was able to tap into with amazing results, became really good at generating traffic to my web sites, and at the same time I saw my belief reach an entirely new level.

The result was that over the course of those four months my profits grew with an incredible 685%. In September, my company named me “Spotlight Member of the Month” and featured my story on the company web site. I was being recognized on company calls, even interviewed on training calls about my “secret” marketing strategies.

Suddenly, I was part of the “inner circle”, having direct access to the leadership and the top of the top earners with the company and could pick their brains freely (which again helped me take my marketing to the next level).

It truly was the snowball effect in action.

My point is not to “brag” about my accomplishments — my point is this: You don’t know when it’s going to happen for YOU. As long as you keep going, consistently working on yourself and your skill set, you don’t only have a chance of making it, you will make it.

On the other hand, if you quit — be that today, tomorrow, next week, or next month — you will always have to live with the “what if”. What if tomorrow was the day…what if next week was the week…what if next month was the month it was going to happen for you.

See, you just don’t know… You don’t know when the last pieces of the puzzle are going to fall into place for you; you don’t know when your dreams are going to become reality. Before you know it, it’s you waking up every morning with that amazing feeling of accomplishment, of having beaten the odds and done what they said you couldn’t do.

There is only ONE way you are going to fail. One dead certain, slam dunk 100% surefire way you are going to fail. And that is if you quit.

So don’t quit. In fact, don’t even think about quitting. Take that ugly four letter word completely out of your vocabulary. Quitting should not even be an option

You see, when success is your only option, you can’t HELP but succeed…
