Today I have someone special I want you to meet – Kristen White. In fact, I’m tempted to call her a kindred sprit.

 

One thing i really love to do is share the stories of people who inspire me – to pass on the inspiration as it were.
 
And Kristen White fits perfectly into this category.

 

An award winning news reporter and celebrated TV anchor, she gave up work in television to follow her passion. She took some risks for sure, but was greatly rewarded in the end.
 

I was just introduced to Kristen White this week at the “Be Legendary” event I’m attending in Irvine, California, and I think you will be as fascinated by her story as I am.
 
 

Kristen White Beats The Odds And Silences The Critics.

 

When Kristen White managed to break into the world of TV news almost two decades ago, she did what everyone said she couldn’t do. She was told over and over that she wasn’t “what they were looking for in a TV reporter”.
 

But Kristen White wouldn’t take no for an answer. Every morning at the TV station where she worked as an intern, she started showing up not in sweats and with her hair in a pony tail like the other interns, but camera ready, properly dressed and with hair and makeup done. And she showed up with story ideas!
 

Long story short, after only 30 days on the job as an intern, Kristen got her first on-camera gig. That’s right – she was sent out on assignment!
 
 

Kristen went on to become tremendously successful.

 

She became a news anchor and had the opportunity to interview celebrities like Johnny Depp, Kevin Costner, Bill Clinton and Donald Trump.
 

But as the months and years went by, Kristen White began to dread the job she had worked so hard for.
 

She started asking herself questions like these: “Why am I doing this?” “Why am I putting on full makeup at 3 in the morning and driving through empty streets to get on camera to talk about homicides and auto accidents?”
 

Although “picture perfect” on the outside, on the inside Kristen White was empty. She didn’t feel like she was contributing with her life.
 

Long story short (this is several years, three kids, and a failed franchise business later) Kristen White decided to follow her passion and reinvent herself. And this time as someone who would make a positive difference in the lives of other people.
 

Back to the rest of her personal story in a moment.
 
 

At “Be Legendary” Kristen White laid out the steps for success…

 
She talked in detail on how to leverage the media to get your message across to millions of people.

Kristen has even coined a term: “Enlightened Celebrity”.
 
“This”, said Kristen, “is someone who isn’t just trying to make their audience feel good for a moment, they aren’t just looking to entertain people – like say movie stars and singers – rather, their vision and purpose is to transform lives.
 

And they use the media, acquiring a bit of fame, you could say, so that they can reach more people more quickly with their message.”

 

As Kristen White says on her website, her passion is to support transformational authors, experts, and professionals to become magnetically attractive to the media.
 

 

Back to Kristen’s inspiring story of struggle and triumph…

 

As she wrapped up her presentation, Kristen White revealed that for a long time now it’s been a dream of hers to have her own TV show – but one with an uplifting message.
 

And what is so amazing is that one day, not too long ago, the right door opened: Kristen White got the opportunity to book her own show – and exactly the kind of show she’s been wanting to do for so long!
 

The show will air on channels like ABC, Fox, and many others during prime time hours, with potentially millions of viewers.
 

Health, wellness, personal development, spirituality… Those are some of the areas in which Kristen White and guests will inspire and educate viewers.
 

Kristen’s eyes shone as she shared all this from stage. Her dream had come true. Because she followed her passion. Follow your passion and success will follow you.
 
 

Now, here’s what’s so intriguing about all this…

 

When earlier this year I created my own product line, “Her Success Blueprint”, somewhat “peculiar” things began to happen.
 

First, I stumbled upon Brendon Bruchard’s book, “The Millionaire Messenger”. When I read it, I felt as if Brendon was speaking directly to me. I instantly knew I had to become a “Millionaire Messenger” so as to impact more people across the globe.
 

After reading “The Millionaire Messenger”, because I felt so strongly about the new direction I needed to take my business, I started planting seeds in new places, very actively.
 

 

Shortly thereafter, I traveled to Orlando to speak.

 
At the event where I was a guest speaker, I was introduced to Dave Van Hoose, owner of 7 Figure Speaking Empire. (Below you see me with my new Speaking Empire Home Study Course.)
 
This again led me to attend this week’s “Be Legendary” event sponsored by 7 Figure Speaking Empire…where Kristen White presented. Kristen, who frequently uses the term messenger about herself, and who states on her website that she teaches others “to become powerful messengers”.
 
Messenger, “The Millionaire Messenger”, Brendon Bruchard, Kristen White, “The Enlightened Celebrity”…are you connecting the dots yet?
 

And – get this – one of the reasons I moved away from acting several years ago, was exactly because I, like Kristen White, didn’t feel as if I was truly making a difference in the world!
 

 

So What Is All This? The Law of Attraction?

 

Kristen White had this to say about The Law of Attraction:
 
“I believe in the Law of Attraction but I also believe in the law of action and momentum. Don’t think that somehow, some way, someone will find you in the corner of your dark little room where you’re sitting with your message.”

“Don’t wait for people to pick you. Pick yourself! When you start moving, when you’re making things happen, the rest of the world will eventually get the memo.”
 

She is absolutely right. And this is really the point I want to get across here: You can’t wait for good things to come your way – you MUST go after them.
 

Was it “luck” that Kristen White got her first assignment after only 30 days on the job as an intern? No – she set the intentions. She showed up prepared.
 

The occurrence of events in my life recently that I just shared with you – is it all a coincidence? No, it’s not – I took action. I sowed seeds.
 
 

But this isn’t really about me or about Kristen White… It’s about you.

 

Whether or not you see yourself as an Enlightened Celebrity or Millionaire Messenger, one thing is certain: You have a message. And there are people out there that could benefit from that message.
 

They could benefit from your story, your struggles, your experiences, your challenges and your victories.
 

So don’t hide your message under a bushel where no one can see it! Get your message out there in front of people where it can do some good!
