If you haven’t seen this video before on how to attract targeted MLM prospects, be sure to watch it – so many of my students have been telling me they found it helpful. Next, read the below article on the importance of qualifying your prospects.
Many people are afraid to disqualify their prospects. They’re too desperate to get the signup, or they may be afraid to hurt the person’s feelings. (I’ve been guilty of both.) Today, let’s talk about why and how to qualify – and disqualify – your prospects.
Today, let’s talk about MLM recruiting and some of the big mistakes that network marketers make in this area.
Successful MLM recruiting always starts with relationship building – be it offline or online – and then, at the right time, you’ll need to demonstrate leadership and close the person on your offer.
We are looking at how to have more posture with MLM prospects, and have arrived at the third and final part in our little mini-series. (If you missed part 1, you’ll find it here. Click here for part 2.)
In today’s post, let’s look at three final tips for how to increase your posture with MLM prospects.
We’re continuing our three-part series on how to have posture with MLM prospects… Last time we covered why you shouldn’t try to be your prospects’ friend, rather you want to come across as their leader.
We also talked about why it’s important to have some hoops in place that you have your prospects jump through prior to getting on the phone with them, so as to qualify them. Today, let’s go over two more concepts.
Having posture with MLM prospects… I bet you’ve heard that phrase used a million times. But what does it really mean to have posture with prospects, and why is it so important?
Well, having posture simply means you are in control of the conversation. You are being the leader. Of course your MLM prospects are really looking for a leader to follow, not a business opportunity to join…
How do you get MLM prospects to move forward when they’re afraid? That’s the question I’d like to address in today’s brief article and in my video above. And, to give credit where credit is due, this is a tip I got from Ellie Drake, a highly successful female entrepreneur whom I have a lot of respect for.
This is super simple yet very powerful, as I think you’ll see.
When someone pitches you on their MLM online business, how should you respond? Should you respond by getting annoyed or offended? Or maybe by pitching them back on your business?
I don’t recommend either. There’s something better you can do, and this is what I want to discuss in today’s post. (Also, be sure to watch the hilarious video spoof right above with my friend, industry veteran Todd Falcone, on how not to introduce people to your MLM online business.)
How to promote your online MLM on Facebook, and how not to do it, that’s the topic of today’s post. And let’s look at how your Facebook avatar relates to all of it.
One of my Facebook fans left me a message on my page the other day, asking a very direct question: He asked if I could help him become rich. Haha, yes, just like that – “Lena, tell me, how can I become rich from network marketing.”
My reply was as to-the-point as his question: “Start by adding a profile picture to your Facebook account so people can begin relating to you,” I said.
You see, my contact had no avatar – all you saw was that grey silhouette that appears by default! In reality I had no idea who I was even communicating with!
To truly succeed with MLM prospecting, you should have your own product. Does this statement surprise you?
Having your own product, even a small, simple one, is going to set you apart from the masses and help you have instant authority with your prospects. And you don’t have to wait until you become “successful”… Rather, I’m going to argue here that creating your own product early on can help greatly speed up your results overall – also with your network marketing company!
Getting MLM prospects to look forward to your emails – does that seem like an impossible feat? Do you constantly have leads unsubscribe from your list, stating that you email too often or that you pitch too much?
If you answered ‘yes’ to any of those questions, today’s post is for you.
When it comes to MLM prospecting, a lot of people get all nervous and stressed about it. If this describes you, I trust that today’s post will be of help to you.
I think many of us can recognize ourselves in the character in the cartoon video above: We’ve had conversations with prospects that we were over-prepared for, firing off our answers to objections that hadn’t even been raised yet.
Has someone ever called your MLM business opportunity a pyramid scheme? If you’ve been in this industry for even a short period of time chances are you’ve encountered ignoramuses like the character in this video spoof.
So what would make someone say stuff like that about your MLM? And when they do, how should you respond? That’s what we’ll look at in today’s post.
Okay, so you already know how powerful Facebook and LinkedIn are for MLM prospecting – but have you ever heard of a social networking community called Better Networker? Better Networker is the brain child of Mike Dillard, who is by many considered the Godfather of Attraction Marketing. He is also the creator of the Magnetic Sponsoring empire.
In fact, BetterNetworker.com used to be called Magnetic Sponsoring.com back in early 2008 when I first joined the community.
But unlike Facebook, LinkedIn, and a lot of the other social networking sites out there, Better Networker is a community specifically for the MLM distributor.
For this reason it also provides a unique opportunity for MLM prospecting that I have yet to find on any other social networks.
How to build trust with MLM prospects online… Okay, we have arrived at the third and final part in our series.
We’ll look at three more points today, namely why regular communication is so critical, the importance of keeping your word, and last but not least why you should stay clear of anything that smacks of hype in your marketing.
How do you best build trust with MLM prospects? Well, to get cold prospects to the point where they trust you enough to spend money with you, you’ve got to do some telling, selling and explaining first.
That, you can do over the phone (assuming your lead doesn’t hang up on you first), or you can do it the way I prefer to do it: Build trust with MLM prospects online – on autopilot.
Want free leads for your MLM opportunity? Then you may like what I have to share with you today. I have a powerful tip for you on how to get free targeted leads – a strategy that will pre-sell your prospects on working with you and buying from you.
In fact, this is one of the strategies I myself used when I was new, and it regularly resulted in leads and signups for my MLM opportunity.
When it comes to recruiting for your MLM online, just like offline recruiting, you need to understand the concept of having posture with prospects.
I don’t care how fabulous your products or comp plan are, or if you have the most amazing marketing system known to man, if you don’t come across as that leader your prospects are looking for, you will have a very, very hard time sponsoring anyone into your opportunity.
If you’re looking for real, lasting results in your MLM online business, I can help. Be sure to watch this 80 seconds video, and turn on your speakers… Then opt in for more details on “Her Success Blueprint” toward the bottom of this post.
When I was just starting out doing MLM online and my sales funnel wasn’t very automated yet, I, like most other new network marketers, spent a substantial amount of time communicating with leads one on one.
I was, however, doing it all wrong. What I’m going to share with you next may make you laugh – or, if you’ve ever made any of these mistakes yourself, you may shake your head in recognition!
