Someone involved with a particular MLM opportunity emailed my office the other day, pointing out that she had opted out from receiving any more information from me because, as she put it, “your training and tools breach {name of MLM company}’s policies”. She went on to explain how this was so.

This post on the topic of having work life balance isn’t my typical marketing message. But given the importance of the topic, I decided to set aside some time for it.
 
I did a little research to find that according to Google’s own stats as many as 6, 600 users in the US alone type the phrase “work life balance” into the Google search bar each and every month. That’s well over 200 people PER DAY..!
 
From my own personal experience I can also tell you that learning to have work life balance is absolutely essential to your overall physical and emotional well being.
